The ceramic heater, also known as the flexible heater, is made by using nickel-chromium alloy wire cables and coating them with pure alumina ceramic insulation components to form track-type or rope-type heaters and other product forms. It can be customized according to the shape and size of the workpiece and can be spliced, bent, wound to closely adhere to the workpiece for heating. It has the characteristics of wide application range, fast heating speed, high heat utilization rate, and convenient operation. The surface temperature can reach up to 1050℃. It is suitable for metal components such as large towers, high-pressure vessels, bridges, and high-pressure pipelines for preheating before welding and stress relief after welding. It can also be used for auxiliary heating of chemical pipelines and containers, and it is applicable both indoors and outdoors.
The length and size of the fabricated track-type ceramic electric heater can be flexibly adjusted. The specific specifications should be selected based on the geometric shape, wall thickness and heat treatment requirements of the workpiece. The maximum operating temperature is 1050℃.
