LWK-A/B series automatic temperature control equipment

Overview: During the welding process of special materials, pre-welding heating, post-welding deoxygenation, and heat treatment require the selection of appropriate heaters, and corresponding temperature control equipment must be configured to achieve various thermal treatment processes such as heating up, maintaining constant temperature, and cooling down during the heating process. The LWK series temperature control box is another model designed by our factory specifically for various electric heating equipment and is an automatic temperature control box. It can be widely applied to pre-welding heating, intermediate dehydrogenation, and post-welding stress relief heat treatment of metal structural components. At the same time, it is also suitable for temperature control in the installation and maintenance industries for the thermal installation, thermal removal, and heating processes of various shafts, rolls, bearings, and various workpieces.

LWK-A Portable Temperature Control Box: Compact in size and lightweight, it can accurately control the heater through manual or automatic operation (standard configuration does not include a recorder). It has 1 to 3 temperature control points and the maximum output power ranges from 30KW to 60KW. It is mainly suitable for preheating before welding and oxygen removal after welding in small areas, pipelines, and high-altitude operations.

LKW-B type automatic temperature control box: It adopts TERA electronic regulator or PID domestic temperature control instrument, thyristor voltage regulation or zero-crossing trigger circuit output. It can simultaneously or independently perform 3 to 12 different processes of heat treatment. The temperature control is accurate and the operation is simple. It is equipped with a multi-point automatic recorder, which automatically records the entire heat treatment process curve. Output power: 90KW - 360KW.

In large-scale installation projects, due to the harsh environmental conditions and the lack of maintenance skills and spare parts, we designed and produced the highly versatile ZWK temperature control box based on this characteristic. ZWK adopts a temperature program control instrument and uses microprocessor technology, software configuration, PID parameter self-tuning. Each time it is used, the adjustment parameter values can be found and automatically input into the memory. The voltage regulation uses an integrated voltage regulation module, with no interference among three phases, and the output voltage is 0-220V without adjustment. The thyristor uses a high-power bidirectional thyristor, with a large output capacity. This machine can be set and operated according to different process temperature curves, automatically records the temperature, which can ensure product quality and also extend the service life of the heater. It can be matched with various heaters of different voltages and used for preheating before welding and post-weld heat treatment. The output voltage (0-220V) is adjustable.
