ZWK-I/II series intelligent temperature control equipment

For on-site heat treatment in large-scale installation projects, due to the extremely harsh environmental conditions and the lack of maintenance technology and accessories, our company has designed and produced the ZWK series intelligent temperature controller, which is highly versatile, highly reliable, and has performance comparable to computer-controlled temperature equipment. It adopts the three-button Japanese Fujitsu PXP series intelligent microcomputer temperature program logic instrument, featuring PID control program setting and adaptive fuzzy control functions. It can set according to the process temperature curve and perform temperature automatic recording. This can not only ensure product quality but also extend the lifespan of the heater. This machine can be matched with various heaters and is used for preheating before welding and post-weld heat treatment.

In large-scale installation projects, on-site heat treatment is often carried out under harsh environmental conditions and lacks maintenance technology and spare parts. Considering this characteristic, we have designed and produced the highly versatile ZWK temperature control box. ZWK adopts a temperature program control instrument and uses microprocessor technology, software configuration, PID parameter self-tuning. Each use can find the adjustment parameter values and automatically input them into the memory. The voltage regulation uses an integrated voltage regulation module, with no interference from three-phase power supply, and the output voltage is 0-220V without adjustment. The thyristor uses a high-power bidirectional thyristor, with a large output capacity. This machine can be set and operated according to different process temperature curves, automatically records the temperature, which can ensure product quality and also extend the service life of the heater. It can be matched with various heaters of different voltages and used for preheating before welding and post-weld heat treatment. The output (0-220V) is adjustable voltage.
